After you place your order, you will receive email updates about your order status. Keep these emails accessible for your records. Below are examples of emails you may receive:
- Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.
- Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that some or all of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails, if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
- Order Cancellation. This email provides you with important details on what items have been cancelled off your order either per your request or per a processing error, ie no stock availability or payment errors preventing your order from being processed.
- Returns Processed. This email confirms your returned item has been processed and refund issued. Please estimate a few days per your bank to see the refund posted in your account.
You many cancel an order within 30 minutes of submitting your order online. To cancel an order please visit My Order and select the order you wish to cancel by clicking the cancellation button. If you do not have an account you may look up your order details by visiting Track Order.
When you shop on calvinklein.ca and add an item to your bag, it is saved for you to purchase. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Saved Items.
Options in the Shopping Bag:
- Review your order. Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
- Update order quantity. If you wish to update the order quantity of any item in your bag, simply type the desired quantity next to the item and click "Update Bag".
- Remove an item from your Shopping Bag. Select the item and click "Remove from Bag" or change the order quantity to zero and click "Update Bag".
- Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping while viewing your Shopping Bag, click "Continue Shopping". Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Saved Items. At any time, you may return to your Shopping Bag by clicking "My Bag" at the top of any page.
- Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your order, click "Checkout Now".
- Move an Item to Your Saved Items. If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you can move them to your Saved Items by clicking on "Move to Saved Items." Find out more about your Saved Items.
