Shipping and Returns

  • A flat rate cost of $9.95 CAD will be deducted from your refund for returns.
  • Returns accepted by mail only within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Items must be unworn and tags must be attached.
  • Once a return is received, please allow 7-14 business days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • We do not offer item exchanges for online orders at this time. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must return the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as that is where our warehouse is located.
  • Credit cards, debit and bank cards are pre-authorized at checkout and payment is captured upon order confirmation
  • Only in-stock items will ship after your order has been processed.
  • The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the checkout page.
  • Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship items made of exotic materials to certain jurisdictions.

Shipping Methods

We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on calvinklein.ca and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Express service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States where our warehouse is located.
